Auto Pedals Firmware updater – MacOs
FIRMWARE UPDATE
Pedals with serial numbers below 415 (manufactured until Feb. 2025, aka 02/25) require the AUTO M-Type USB MIDI driver for firmware updates and macOS USB-MIDI detection. Check your AUTO Series pedal’s serial number on the button surface before proceeding.
The update can be executed through the following web browsers: Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox
The update CAN NOT be executed through the following web browsers as they do not support Web MIDI: Safari, Microsoft Edge, Brave, Opera
Download the driver using the link below and follow the instructions here How_to_Install_Driver.pdf.
Pedals from later batches (manufactured from 03/25) do not need this driver on macOS.

- The dynamic LED bar will show a rolling animation, confirming that the pedal has entered firmware update mode.
